Spaces
Rustic Garden
The beautiful garden is the ideal location for your outdoor ceremony. A stone walkway leads the bridal party to the custom elevated arch surrounded by beautiful trees and an immaculately groomed green. This space is also ideal for a summer tented wedding ceremony and reception (rental at Blue Boy West doesn’t include a portable tent). This space is also ideal for corporate picnics, class reunions and family reunions.
Sun Deck
The spacious Sun Deck adjoins the Indoor Event Center and overlooks the Rustic Garden and Outdoor Wedding Area. The Sun Deck is 30’x 30′ and is fully covered and enclosed. This space works beautifully in conjunction with the Indoor Event Center as a natural outdoor extension to the indoor space and seats 100.
Indoor Event Center
The Indoor Event Center is the heart of the venue. This intimate indoor space houses seating for 100, newly remodeled ADA accessible restrooms and a Beautiful Bridal Suite. It rounds out the space with the Sun Deck and Rustic Garden add-ons, but also works beautifully for small social gatherings such as retirement parties, memorial ceremonies, celebrations of life, bridal showers, birthday parties, and Quinceañeras.
Bridal Suite
The Bridesmaids Room is perfectly appointed with all new furnishings and a beautiful view overlooking the Outdoor Wedding Area and Golf Course.
Groomsman’s Room (Man Cave)
The Groomsman’s Room is situated in a private area of the wedding center, it is the perfect man cave where the guys can hang out and socialize and get ready prior to the main event.
Fire Pit Area
The Fire Pit Area is a nice addition to the Outdoor Venue. The wood burning Fire Pit sits up on a plateau overlooking the wedding venue and golf course and is a perfect spot to sit and take in the beautiful sites and just enjoy a moment of serenity. Great for roasting s’mores!
Outdoor Bar
Outdoor bar in Outdoor Wedding Area includes Refrigerator and Patio Seating.
Kitchen Area
Caterer’s Prep Kitchen included in rental price.

Plenty of onsite parking available for large groups.
