Capacities & Available Equipment:

The recommended seating capacity within the Clubhouse is 150, however weather permitting, expansion onto our spacious deck will accomodate another 75 guests.  Ample parking is also available.  For large dinner gatherings, we have ten 6-foot tables; two 8-foot round tables; and numerous smaller square and rectangular tables, all with enough chairs for capacity seating.  In addition to tables and chairs, we have a lengthy 30-foot counter along a side wall, ideal for buffet style dinners.  The Clubhouse also features a beautiful hardwood dance floor and an in house sound system to help make your special event a memorable occasion.

Catering, Kitchen Facilities:

Blue Boy Cafe offers full service catering on or off- site.  Inquire with Cafe on special catering prices.

Our kitchen facility is a caterer's dream, complete with cooktop, grill, oven, microwave, preparation counters, and a large reach-in refrigeration unit.  It also features a pass-through to the dining area and another to the deck area for summertime barbecues and other events.  (Use of the kitchen, however, is an additional fee). 

Rental Fees, Reservations:

Rental fees for a six-hour period are $1,000.  To guarantee your reservation date, a $300 non-refundable deposit is required ($350 if alcohol is being served.)  An additional $100 per hour will be charged for each hour over the pre-arranged time period.  Rent includes a Blue Boy staff member on the premises throughout the event.  Fee balances are due thirty days prior to your event, along with a copy of your banquet permit for alcohol (if applicable.)  

Business & Community Club Meetings:

Community club and private organizational use of our deck area or upstairs loft dining area for meetings and luncheons is also available.  Inquire for details.
